Overview
Improve Nob Hill Boulevard from 64th Avenue to 72nd Avenue including curb & gutter, sidewalk, storm drainage system, illumination and intersection improvements (64th Avenue).

Why are we Building This Project?
This section of Nob Hill Boulevard consists of a paved two-lane rural roadway with paved and unpaved shoulders, and is in poor repair.  Developed historically as a "farm to market" road, this street now carries urban traffic levels.  No sidewalks or bicycle lanes exist.  This project will improve multi-modal safety, and increase vehicular capacity to land that is quickly developing.
