Construct two bridges for streets which shall cross under a BNSF mainline at Grant and Esther Streets.

Why are we Building This Project?
Provide access to a 28+ acre brownfield redevelopment site to enable over 1.3 Billion dollars in private land development investment and create an additional 2500 jobs.
