Overview
This project will reconstruct a portion of Five Mile Rd between Berridae and Waikiki by pulverizing the existing pavement, placing 2" of ESTC and 8" of HMA. The remaining portion of Five Mile Road will receive a 1" HMA overlay

Why are we Building This Project?
This project uses a cost effective strategy to reconstruct the existing road by strengthening the base with the cement treated base process along with placing a 3" lift of asphalt.
