Project Title & Location
I-90/Argonne Rd. to Sullivan Rd.-Spokane Valley

Project Description

Contractor/Consultant
Scarsella Bros., Inc., Seattle WA

Recent Progress

Temporary alignment is being constructed in the west bound (WB) lanes with completion expected by November 1, 2003.  Drainage installation in the median continues.

Design Construction Impacts
Scarsella Bros. is required to maintain two lanes of traffic in each direction 6 am to 7 pm weekdays.  All ramps must remain open between November 1st and March 1st of each year.

Environmental Impacts / Compliance
The Contractor will be using best management practices to mitigate and minimize any potential negative impacts to the environment.

Impacts to Traffic

WB traffic has been moved to it's temporary realigned position.  This will allow construction activities, near the median, to continue throughout the winter.
