BEFORE - This is one way a pothole is created. In the center of the photo, the large crack has split into several smaller cracks. Eventually, a tire will knock asphalt from between those smaller cracks and becomes a pothole which will quickly enlarge.
BEFORE - This photo shows an excessive amount of cracking in the shoulders. The cracked asphalt will be removed and replaced to prevent the cracks from spreading into the traffic lanes.
