The above photo was taken before we started construction on the new HOV direct access ramps in early 2005. The photographer was standing in the parking garage at the Eastgate Park-and-Ride, looking south, with the 142nd Place SE bridge to the left.
This October 2006 photo shows the HOV ramps connecting to the 142nd Place SE bridge over I-90. If you look closely you can see the bus shelters on the ramps. Plan your bus trip or join a carpool.
