Benton County and WSDOT have partnered to construct a new rural arterial from the I-82/Locust Grover Interchange to SR 397 in the Finley area. The three phases of this project are:
• Phase 1: I-82 to Olympia St. (3.24 miles) - completed October, 2004
• Phase 2: Olympia St. to Finley Rd. (5.39 miles) - completion expected fall, 2006
• Phase 3: Finley Rd. to SR 397 (2.40 miles)
