Requested access hearing waivers (two outstanding waivers).
Design office submitted PCRF to reallocate dollars and update scope.
Beginning Plans, Specifications and Estimate phase.
Met in field with Department of Fish & Wildlife to evaluate culvert fish barriers.
Contacted propery owners for right of entry at possible wetland mitigation sites.
First Draft of Phase 1 Right-of-Way plans have been submitted to Northwest Region for review.
