This project is located at Interstate 5 and State Route 11 (Old Fairhaven Parkway) in Bellingham. We will widen the southbound I-5 exit to two lanes, install a new light at the southbound I-5 and SR 11 interchange, built a right turn lane to the southbound I-5 entrance, and permanently close access to and from SR 11 at 32nd Street. With access closed at 32nd Street, drivers will now use 30th Street, where there is a stoplight. We will also widen and improve 30th Street and Donovan Avenue to better handle more traffic.
