I-5 - Boeing Access Road to King/Snohomish County Line Pavement Repair - Construction Noise

Sparks flying from concrete panel saw at work.

A word about construction noise

Grinding the concrete on I-5 is unavoidably noisy. Thank you for your patience.

We know the noise (and the traffic congestion) is not ideal and that's why we're working six or seven days a week to finish up the repairs as swiftly as we can.

Smoothing out the rutted and un-even pavement on I-5 will improve traction for drivers. Better traction will reduce the number of collisions and help to make the highway safer for everyone who drives on I-5 between Seattle and Shoreline.

A word about getting earplugs

We're providing residents with earplugs upon request. Give us a call at 206.440.4702 if you would like us to mail you a pair of earplugs.
