A crew member attends to median barrier construction. Southbound HOVs will descend the ramp here to enter the mainline HOV lane. Northbound HOVs will ascend the ramp here and turn left onto the S. 317th bridge to exit the freeway.

The median end of the S. 317th bridge. We've backfilled between the HOV ramp walls almost all the way up to the height of the bridge, and workers are preparing the end of the bridge to connect to the ramps.

We opened the roundabout intersection (minus the leg coming from the S. 317th bridge) on Saturday, Oct. 1. Here, traffic travels northbound through the roundabout on Sunday.

We used modified concrete with a brick pattern on the inside of the roundabout. This view looks east toward I-5 - you can see one of the retaining walls for the HOV ramps in the background.
