Environmental Impacts / Compliance
The North Fork Newaukum wetland bank credits will be used to mitigate wetland impacts.  A hazardous material site has been identified and is located in the southwest quadrant of the LaBree Road interchange.

Impacts to Traffic
Construction will be staged and an aggressive public awareness campaign will be used to minimize traffic impacts.  I-5 may be restricted to one lane, each direction at night while staging is completed.  Two lanes will be open in each direction during the daytime and at night as staging allows.  LaBree road overcrossing will be closed during construction due to the construction of the new interchange at this location.
