As of September, 2007 three of four ramps of the I-5/41st Street interchange were complete. Work on the remaining ramp and new left hand HOV/Transit only on-ramp/off ramp to and from Broadway can be seen in this photo.
The single point urban interchange design, often called a SPUI, will keep traffic moving while making the best use of limited available space near 41st Street.
