In late spring/summer 2008, WSDOT plans to begin constructing three noise walls on the west side of I-5 as the first phase of construction:
Wall 2: between N 85th Street and NE 92nd Street
Wall 3: between N 82nd Street and N 80th Street
Wall 4: between N 80th Street and 5th Avenue NE
WSDOT is considering construction of a wall on the east side of I-5 for a future phase of construction.
