January 13, 2005 -
 Crews are almost finished with all underground drilling and concrete pouring for the new bridge piers.  The bridge piers will support the new second street bridge. 

Crews are pouring concrete in to a drilled shaft.  The concrete shaft will support the new 2nd St. Bridge.
November 12, 2004 - crews are pouring concrete in to a drilled shaft hole, also
known as a pier.  The concrete pier will eventually support the new
2nd St. Bridge.

are now drilling and pouring concrete shafts that will support the new,
wider and taller 2nd St. Bridge.
