WSDOT - I-5, 2nd St. Bridge Replacement

The bridge was opened to traffic on October 18, 2005
October 18, 2005 - The Mount Vernon High School Bulldog Marching
Band helped to open the bridge to traffic.

Workers are pouring and smoothing the last of the concrete for the sidewalks.
September 27, 2005 - A worker uses a large trowel to smooth freshly
poured concrete.

Workers must prepare each tulip motif mold before they can be used.

molds that are being used to make the the bridge's barrier railing
