WSDOT has assembled a team of Transportation Department staff and consultants at the co-located I-405 project office in Bellevue. The consultant team includes Anchor Environmental, Certified Land Services, HDR, HNTB, McGowan Environmental, Mirai Associates, Parsons, PRR and Wilkinson Ferrari.
