May 30 - Trucks pump concrete into forms for a bridge support in the median at NE 128th Street. We plan to set girders for the west half of the bridge June 19-22.
May 30 - Crews are unrolling huge sheets of geogrid, a material that will provide support over possible soft spots under northbound I-405. We'll place a base material on top of the geogrid, and then place the new pavement.
May 16 - We've begun digging under the NE 124th bridge in the median work zone. We're looking at this excavation to see what kind of material is underneath the pavement and to help predict how fast we can remove that material when we lower a section of northbound I-405.
