The Kingsgate Park-and-Ride is located on the west side of I-405 at NE 132nd St.
Before this project, buses had to use the congested NE 124th St. interchange to access the Kingsgate Park-and-Ride.
The new HOV direct access ramps at NE 128th St. provide buses, carpools and vanpools a more direct connection from the I-405 HOV lanes to the Kingsgate Park-and-Ride.
The new bridge at NE 128th St. provides Kirkland drivers a new east-west route across I-405.
The bus stops on I-405 at NE 132nd Street have been replaced by new bus stops at the top of the direct access ramps at NE 128th Street.
