*Quarterly Project Report Update for Quarter Ending March 2005*

Project Title & Location I-205 Mill Plain/112th Avenue Connector	Project Description This project will provide a direct connection to NE 112th Avenue from the off ramp of northbound I-205 to westbound Mill Plain Boulevard. It is a partnership project with the City of Vancouver.
Contractor/Consultant Skillings-Connolly Inc.
Recent Progress The city of Vancouver has hired Skillings-Connolly Inc. as the design engineers. The city is responsible for the design phase of the project, with WSDOT providing general oversight. WSDOT will administer the construction phase of the project. Skillings-Connolly is continuing design work, which is 60% completed. An open house for the project was held in January 2005.
Design Construction Impacts There are no known design issues that will impact the scope, schedule or budget for this project at this time.
Environmental Impacts / Compliance Impacts are unknown at this time.	Impacts to Traffic None at this time.
