*Quarterly Project Report Update for Quarter Ending December 2003*

Project Title & Location I-205 Mill Plain/112th Street Connector	Project Description This project will provide a direct connection to NE 112th Avenue from the off ramp of northbound I-205 to westbound Mill Plain Boulevard. It is a partnership project with the City of Vancouver.
Contractor/Consultant Skillings-Connolly Inc.
Recent Progress Skillings-Connolly Inc. has been hired as a consultant to assist WSDOT in the design phase of this project. The scope of this work is currently being defined and negotiated.
Design Construction Impacts At this time there are no known design issues that will impact the scope, schedule or budget for this project.
Environmental Impacts / Compliance Impacts are unknown at this time.	Impacts to Traffic None at this time.
