SR 27 and 272 Reconstruction - Downtown Palouse

On time: Good On Budget: Good The project was 5% under its $2.4 million budget

WSDOT partners with local agencies to improve highways and communities. This project completely rebuilt highways 27 and 272 within the downtown core of Palouse. While the streets were torn up, the water, sewer, lights and drainage systems were completely rebuilt also. The reconstruction job one an award of excellence in the "Best City" category this fall.
