The study area spans 47 miles along SR 3 from US 101 near Shelton to Loxie Eagans Boulevard in Bremerton; US 101 from SR 3 near Shelton to SR 102 (Dayton Airport Road; and SR 16 from Sedgewick Road (SR 160) to SR 3 in Gorst.
