This outreach and public engagement effort is brought to you by a tolling implementation committee named by the Washington State Legislature in March 2008.

The committee is comprised of:

	Bob Drewel, Executive Director, Puget Sound Regional Council
	Paula Hammond, Washington State Secretary of Transportation
	Dick Ford, Washington State Transportation Commission

The committee is charged with evaluating tolling for financing the 520 Bridge Replacement and HOV Project, engaging citizens and regional leadership in the evaluation, enhancing understanding of tolling alternatives and reporting to the governor and state legislature in January 2009.

The committee anticipates a thorough and transparent evaluation of tolling alternatives and broad and inclusive engagement by citizens and regional leadership.
