The "Fender Bender?" signs are to encourage uninjured motorists involved in "fender bender" type collisions to move their vehicles out of the traffic lanes, if the vehicles are still drive-able. Following a minor collision, driving a vehicle to the nearest shoulder can prevent other "secondary" collisions. |
| The "Tsunami Hazard Zone" sign is intended to be posted at Pacific coast access points, or other low-lying areas that would clearly be vulnerable to a large, locally generated Tsunami. Signs are to be placed at locations agreed upon by local and state governmental authorities. |
