The I-5 express lanes extend from downtown Seattle to Northgate Mall at North 103rd Street.
The express lanes include the high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes. Motorists can not access SR 520 Evergreen Point Floating Bridge or I-90 from the I-5 express lanes.
