• DRIVER ALERT: Friday, April 5 to the morning of Monday, April 8 - Crews will close three out of five lanes of northbound I-5 between South Albro Place and South Spokane Street for bridge joint replacement. Lanes will begin closing at 8 p.m., Friday, April 5. All lanes will open by 5 a.m. Monday, April 8. Note: Up to four lanes will be closed on Saturday, April 6 and Monday, April 8 between 12:01 a.m. and 4 a.m. both mornings. 
• DRIVER ALERT: Friday, April 5 to the morning of Monday, April 8 - The Swift/Albro Place on-ramp to northbound I-5 will be closed from 8 p.m. Friday, April 5 to 5 a.m. Monday, April 8. Drivers will be detoured to the Corson Avenue S. on-ramp to northbound I-5.

I-5 express lanes schedule changes

WSDOT typically operates the I-5 express lanes during the weekdays in the southbound direction from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. and northbound from 11:15 a.m. to 11 p.m. The weekend schedule operates southbound from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and northbound from 1:45 to 11 p.m.
