I-405/SR 167 Interchange Direct Connector - #8811

Description: WSDOT contractor crews are building a new flyover ramp connecting the HOT lanes on SR 167 to the carpool lanes on I-405 in Renton. This ramp will improve traffic flow and safety at this critical interchange.

LANE CLOSURES
- Monday, April 23, to the morning of Friday, April 27 – Two lanes of northbound I-405 between SR 167 and Talbot Road South will be closed nightly from midnight to 4:15 a.m.
- Monday, April 23, to the morning of Friday, April 27 – Two lanes of southbound I-405 between SR 169/SR 900 and SR 167 will be closed nightly from midnight to 4 a.m.
RAMP CLOSURES
- * Monday, April 23, to the morning of Friday, April 27 – The Talbot Road South on-ramp to northbound I-405 will be closed nightly from 10 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. A signed detour will be in place.
- * Monday, April 23, to the morning of Friday, April 27 – The southbound I-405 ramp to southbound SR 167/Rainier Avenue South will be closed nightly from 10 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. A signed detour will be in place.
- * Monday, April 23, to the morning of Friday, April 27 – The northbound I-405 ramp to southbound SR 167 will be closed nightly from 10 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. A signed detour will be in place.
- * Monday, April 23, to the morning of Friday, April 27 – The northbound I-405 ramp to northbound SR 167 will be closed nightly from 10 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. A signed detour will be in place.
*Please note that not all the listed ramps will be closed at the same time. Select ramps will remain open to maintain a working detour for the traveling public.

- Monday, April 16, to the afternoon of Friday, April 20 – One lane of northbound Talbot Road South between the northbound I-405 on-ramp and the southbound I-405 off-ramp will be closed daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Monday, April 16, to the afternoon of Friday, April 20 – One lane of the Talbot Road South on-ramp to northbound I-405 will be closed daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Monday, April 23, to the afternoon of Friday, April 27 – One lane of northbound Talbot Road South between the northbound I-405 on-ramp and the southbound I-405 off-ramp will be closed daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Monday, April 23, to the afternoon of Friday, April 27 – One lane of southbound Talbot Road South between the northbound I-405 on-ramp and the southbound I-405 off-ramp will be closed daily from 4:30 a.m. to noon.
- Monday, April 23, to the afternoon of Friday, April 27 – One lane of the Talbot Road South on-ramp to northbound I-405 will be closed daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Monday, April 23, to the morning of Friday, April 27 – Talbot Road South between the northbound I-405 on-ramp and the southbound I-405 off-ramp will be FULLY CLOSED nightly from 10 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. Signed detours for both the southbound and northbound directions of Talbot Road South will be in place.
SB SR 900 to Coal Creek Pkwy SE Paving Outside Lane - #9178

Description: WSDOT construction crews are repaving nearly 6 miles of the right lane of southbound I-405 between Coal Creek Parkway Southeast and SR 900 as well as a portion of the on and off-ramps along that stretch of interstate.
