EAST WENATCHEE – A project to reduce collisions and improve mobility is on its way for East Wenatchee’s increasingly busy State Route 28/Fifth Street Northeast intersection.

With construction scheduled to begin next year, the Washington State Department of Transportation will host an open house to gather community feedback needed for the final design of the project.

Attendees at the Wednesday, May 18, meeting, will have an opportunity to view design concepts and discuss the alternatives with project staff.
