SEATTLE – The SR 99 Tunnel Project’s Advisory Committee on Tolling and Traffic Management meets today to discuss ways to minimize diversion from the SR 99 tunnel and to review potential toll scenarios that will be analyzed this year.
The meeting is from 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, at the Puget Sound Regional Council board room, 1011 Western Ave., Suite 500, in Seattle. The advisory committee, created by the Washington State Department of Transportation and the city of Seattle, will prepare its initial recommendations by December.
The public is welcome to attend committee meetings to view the information presented and submit written comments. Committee materials are available at www.alaskanwayviaduct.org/ following each meeting.
