Below is a link to the Design Manual active revisions website, Chapter 225 Environmental Coordination.
This chapter is a result of combining, reducing, and updating material from DM Chapters 220 and 230.
Those chapters will be retired with the publication of this brief orientation narrative.
This overview chapter covers permits, commitment files, and environmental resources and some 
discussion of documentation.

The HQ Environmental Services helped create this chapter. 
They intend to update the EPM to define retention of environmental records, documents, etc.
