Crews working for the state, counties and cities clean up graffiti in the Puget Sound area. The Washington State Department of Transportation is responsible for graffiti cleanup along Interstate highways and some portions of state routes and state highways. If you wish to report graffiti that is located on a state route or state highway through a major city (22,500 people or more) please contact the city. The city of Seattle has a graffiti hotline.
