FAQs - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Washington State Ferries Wave2Go Internet site, where you can purchase ferry tickets easily. Please read these terms carefully before using this service. By purchasing a Wave2Go ticket(s), you signify your agreement to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, do not use this site to purchase your tickets.

Our fares are based on the route’s geographical location, the length, width and height of your vehicle as well as the length of time you will be traveling on board the ferry. Fares are also calculated based on the age or disability of each passenger and are collected either round trip or one way depending on the departure terminal.

Discounts are available for our frequent users. Vehicle drivers can purchase multiple round trips at a discount via a multi-ride car and driver commuter card. Passengers, both walk-on or in a vehicle, can purchase multiple round trips at a discount via a monthly passenger pass or a multi-ride passenger commuter card. Discounted products are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and valid for a specific period of time (passes are valid for the active month, multi-ride cards are valid for 90 days from date of purchase).

Peak season fares are in effect for all vehicles on all routes (except for the Wave2Go multi-ride cards and passes) from May 1 through September 30.
