What is CMATS?
CMATS stands for Contract Monitoring and Tracking System. CMATS is a software package designed to capture, monitor, and report contract activity from set-up through final project completion.
The software components of CMATS are:
- BizTrak™
- BizConsulting™
- BizNet™
- BizWeb™
This software program creates an electronic interface for Primary and Sub Contractors to meet WSDOT reporting requirements.
The system diagram below shows how the components of CMATS are interconnected to each other and to the end-users for each area.
