Public Involvement Forms
The public involvement form (choose your native language) is used to collect information fromanyone attending a meeting (WSDOT employees or local agency). While intended for your use, these forms are not mandatory. Consideration must be given to linguistic diversity and community usage and you should use whatever forms work best for you.
Note: In order to successfully view the foreign language forms, the software must have the appropriate language font installed.
You will likely have a higher return rate on these forms if you first take a few minutes to explain the purpose, that they are confidential and will be used only to measure the government jurisdiction's success in reaching all of its communities.
