• Conditions in the Washington transportation contracting industry, including any potential barriers that businesses face in being successful or growing;
• Transportation contracting opportunities with WSDOT or other local government entities;
• Business assistance programs (either those geared toward DBEs or those geared toward all small businesses) that WSDOT currently uses;
• Any recommendations for additional businesses assistance programs that WSDOT could consider implementing ; or
• The 2012 WSDOT disparity study.
