The Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) manages and monitors the Washington State Department of Transportation's External Civil Rights Programs.  These programs include:

North Puget Sound Small Business Summit (pdf 708 kb) - This conference provides small and disadvantaged business enterprises with a forum to learn about and discuss available resources, enabling them to compete for public and private procurement opportunities.
