Four types of reports are listed on this web page:

• Hydraulic Project Approval (HPA) Monitoring Reports are letter-format reports for compliance with HPA permits from the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife.
• Off Year Monitoring Reports- Reports required by permits that do not follow the reporting and monitoring timeline required by the Mitigation Report.
• Stream Monitoring Reports are similar to wetland reports, but discuss stream mitigation sites.
• Wetland Monitoring Reports are full-length reports discussing the development of individual wetland mitigation sites for permit compliance with regulatory and local agencies. Wetland reports are written during formal monitoring years with quantitative data.
