Programmatic Permit Reporting Form
The programmatic permit reporting form is to be used for reporting the annual use of programmatic permits. The Permit Program will notify region environmental offices in November that reporting information is due in early January of each year.

Memorandum of Agreement between WSDOT and WDFW (pdf 907 kb) (issued July 2002)
This MOA between WDFW and WSDOT facilitates a more consistent application of the Hydraulic Code Rules and other existing interagency agreements. This MOA replaces the December 1996 MOA concerning work in watercourses and the 1990 MOU between WSDOT and WDFW. Currently under revision, expect to be completed in December 2005.
WDFW Maintenance Mitigation Policy (pdf 177 kb)
Provides interpretation of the need for compensatory mitigation for planned maintenance projects.

WSDOT Regulatory Review
The Permit Program is responsible for reviewing environmental regulatory rule proposals and amendments at the local, state and federal level. The Permit Program maintains a record of the regulatory proposals and the status of internal review and comments.
