Liaison Performance Measures

To fulfill the mission of the Liaison Program we strive to meet the following goals:

Endangered Species Act (ESA) Liaisons

Goal 1: Provide Efficient and Predictable ESA Consultation for WSDOT Projects

1.1: ESA Liaisons notify project teams of receipt of BAs within 15 days of BA assignment 100% of the time 

1.2: ESA Liaisons meet all statutory or agency agreed upon timeframes for consultations

1.3: ESA Liaisons complete all consultations by the consultation completion deadline 90% of the time


Permitting Liaisons

Goal 2: Provide Efficient and Predictable Permitting for WSDOT Projects

2.1: WSDOT submits a complete application 90% of the time

2.2: Permitting Liaisons review the application within 15 days of the JARPA submittal 90% of the time

2.3: Permitting Liaisons issue 90% of public notices within 15 days of a complete application for individual permits

2.4: Permitting Liaisons issue all permit decisions before Ad or RFP date
