Over the years, WSDOT has entered into agreements with various agencies to clarify how they intend to deal with various environmental matters. These agreements include Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs), Implementing Agreements (IAs), and other interagency agreements. However, as circumstances change, these agreements (or parts of them) can become obsolete, and the agencies will occasionally void, replace, or amend their agreements.
