Reports on this web page are organized by their WSDOT region. To find out which WSDOT region your county is located in, view the WSDOT Regions Map (pdf 932 kb).

Four types of reports are listed on this web page:

  • Hydraulic Project Approval (HPA) Reports are letter-format reports for compliance with HPA permits from the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife.
  • Wetland Reports are full-length reports discussing the development of individual wetland mitigation sites for permit compliance with regulatory and local agencies. Wetland reports are written during formal monitoring years with quantitative data.
  • Stream Reports are similar to wetland reports, but discuss stream mitigation sites.
  • Year-2 Wetland Reports are shortened versions of wetland reports. These reports are written with qualitative data collected informally during Year-2, to comply with reporting requirements outlined in our permits.
