The Southwest Region (SWR) is responsible for the delivery of a multi-million dollar highway system including construction and maintenance of projects in the counties of Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Lewis, Pacific, Skamania and Wahkiakum. The SWR has grown to nearly 600 employees who plan, design, construct, operate, and maintain one of the busiest, most complex highway systems in the state in a safe, efficient, and environmentally sound manner.
