Lucinda Broussard is the Tolls Operations Manager and has been employed at WSDOT since 2005 where she started working on the Tacoma Narrows Bridge project. She believes the introduction of Tolling has changed WSDOT in a big way. WSDOT continues to look out for its customers.

Lucinda loves working in a customer friendly industry and it shows with her work history. She started working in the transportation industry 16 years ago. She was a member of applications teams for Tolling, and for smart cards in DC metro. Lucinda’s work and events outside of work have given her the opportunity to live in many states across the country. We all find a place we love to call home.

She was born here in Seattle and happy to be living here again. There is no other place with so many different colors of green to sit outside and enjoy while reading a good book. When not reading or working, Lucinda partakes in one of many home improvement projects, a little crafting, or trying new recipes. And, of course finding time to watch her favorite movie Gladiator again and again.

Retirement is many years away for Lucinda. When that day comes, we can expect to see her using her free time smiling while she is performing public service work helping others.
