Agreements and Contracts: Technical, Financial and Legal Advice and Help
Work with staff on Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and WSDOT compliance to develop and review non-standard agreements.
Limited and Managed Highway Access Project Guidance
Get help with identifying regulations, developing access reports and preparing for public hearings.
Right of Way Plans
Hydraulics: Runoff, Bridges, Floodplains, Drainage
Get technical assistance for drainage and structural design, analysis of erosion, migration and stabilization counter measures.
Railroad Project, Construction, and Maintenance Assistance

Strategic Analysis Estimating
The Strategic Analysis and Estimating Office (SAEO) blends the resources of cost risk, value engineering, estimating, and project development support and training to aid project offices in the effective delivery of construction projects. SAEO provides oversight, training, review, and scheduling assistance through a variety of workshops, studies, estimating tools, and project development courses.
