This plan was a former Standard Plan. However, it is rarely used and cannot be a part of an ADA accessible route. For this reason it was removed from the Standard Plans Manual.
A concrete stairway might still have some limited usage.
No specifications or bid item have been developed for this plan and the user will need to provide these. Describe the work and method of payment in a contract.
