Use in projects where the top layer of existing
pavement surfacing overlay is being removed from
a bridge deck with an existing waterproofing
membrane that is to remain and be protected from
damage. The fill-in specifies the bridge(s)
requiring the work. Include with BSP04049.MB5
and BSP04059.MB5 when the work is covered by a
separate stand-alone bid item instead of being
incidental to the overall surfacing planing.

being incidental to the overall surfacing planing.
