How can I tell which Amendment and GSP to use in my job?

Use all the Amendments. They are Amendments to the Standard Specifications.

There are indexes available listing all the GSPs and Instructions for use. The Eamend document is the index for the Amendments, Egsp1 through Egsp9 for English GSPs, and Mgsp1 through Mgsp9 for Metric GSPs.

The Amendments and GSPs are individual documents. How do I get them all merged together other than cut and paste?

A Microsoft Word program enhanced with Visual Basic is available to create Contract Provisions. This program is called "PS&E Word."  To get a copy contact Theresa Schreier. Classes for using the program are available upon request.

How do I request training for PS&E Word?

Contact your training organizer.  PS&E Word is set up though WSDOT's Automatic Training Management System (ATMS) and the course code is C58.  Contact Theresa Schreier for assistance.

Are the Amendments and GSPs on the web up-to-date?

Yes they are, they are all updated at the same time.
