Q. I would like to file a claim against WSDOT, what do I need to do?

The Washington State Department of Transportation takes all reasonable precautions to ensure public safety on state transportation facilities. When the traveling public incurs property loss, damages, or personal injuries as a result of negligent conduct on the part of the Department of Transportation, they may have a right of action against the Department.
