Traveler Notice

Daytime Closures 

SR 9 Lake Stevens: Traffic will alternate on SR 9 from 20th Street Northeast to 4th Street Southeast from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for danger tree removal.

SR 99 Shoreline: Up to one lane of southbound SR 99/Aurora Avenue from SR 104 to North 192nd Street may be closed during the daytime non-commute hours for construction, irrigation/landscaping and utility work.

SR 522 Monroe: A single lane in each direction of SR 522 at the Snohomish River Bridge will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for bridge painting.


Weekend Closures 

Friday, March 6

I-5 Seattle:
Up to two left lanes of northbound I-5 from Corson Avenue South to South Columbian Way will be closed from 8 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Saturday for pavement maintenance work.

Saturday, March 7

I-5 Seattle:

  • Up to two left lanes of northbound I-5 from East Edgar Martinez Drive to the express lanes ramp will be closed from 8 p.m. Saturday to 6 a.m. Sunday for pavement maintenance work.
  • The Northeast Ravenna Boulevard on-ramp to southbound I-5 will be closed from 10 p.m. Saturday to 6 a.m. Sunday for sign installation.

I-90 Bellevue:

  • The eastbound I-90 off-ramp to Richards Road will be closed from 3 a.m. to 9 a.m. for vegetation maintenance. A signed detour will be in place.
  • One lane of eastbound I-90 near Bellevue Way Southeast will be closed from 6 a.m. to noon for bridge maintenance.

SR 99 Seattle: The two right lanes of northbound SR 99 at the 1st Avenue South Bridge will be closed from 7 a.m. to noon for deck repairs.

SR 513 Seattle: One lane along both directions of SR 513/Montlake Boulevard East near SR 520 will be closed from 10 p.m. Saturday to 6 a.m. Sunday for design work.

SR 520 Seattle: The right lane of westbound SR 520 from the west highrise to Foster Island will be closed from 9 p.m. Saturday to 6 a.m. Sunday for work trestle deliveries.

SR 599 Tukwila: The left lane of northbound SR 599 near I-5 will be closed from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. for guardrail repairs.

Sunday, March 8

I-5 Seattle: Up to three right lanes of northbound I-5 from South Spokane Street to East Edgar Martinez Drive will be closed from 8 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday for pavement maintenance work. The East Edgar Martinez Drive off-ramp will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

I-90 Express Lanes: The I-90 Express Lanes will switch westbound at 7 a.m. and remain westbound overnight to accommodate traffic headed to the Seattle Sounders match.

SR 513 Seattle: One lane along both directions of SR 513/Montlake Boulevard East near SR 520 will be closed from 10 p.m. Sunday to 6 a.m. Monday for design work.

Friday, March 6: Pac-12 Women's Basketball Tournament. Games: 11:30 a.m., 2 p.m., 6 p.m., 8:30 p.m. All at KeyArena.
Saturday, March 7: Seattle Kennel Club Dog Show, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., CenturyLink Field Event Center.
Saturday, March 7: Huskies men's basketball vs. Utah, 6 p.m., Alaska Airlines Arena.
Saturday, March 7: Pac-12 Women's Basketball Tournament. Games 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., KeyArena.
Sunday, March 8: Seattle Kennel Club Dog Show, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., CenturyLink Field Event Center.
Sunday, March 8: Pac-12 Women's Basketball Tournament championship game, 6 p.m., KeyArena.
Sunday, March 8: Sounders vs. New England Revolution, 6:30 p.m., CenturyLink Field.
